Henderson Connellan took on my house and sold within the contract time. Their staff in the Kettering office were extremely helpful and very professional. Any queries I had were answered in a timely manner and whenever I wanted an up date on proceedings they got back to me within the same day. I have dealt with many estate agents in the area previously and was surprised at how professional HC are, thanks guys.

Henderson Connellan Market Harborough office staff have been a pleasure to work with. Their rates are competitive, the valuation was spot on and they were consistently courteous, friendly and professional. I was kept informed at all stages of the process. Holly did everything she could to facilitate access to my tenanted house and overcame obstacles without complaint. As a team they make a strong and competitive estate agency in the area they cover. All the staff at HC were friendly, approachable, professional and went the extra mile to sell our home quickly, efficiently and for a price we were happy with. All dealings with HC were excellent - especially the extra help they offered dealing with solicitors / our buyer when we were completing. I would (and have) highly recommend HC and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you. It was a pleasure to sell our home through you. I would also highly recommend HC from a buyers point of view - they are definitely the best agency in Market Harborough - always follow up on viewings etc.

Compared to my experience with another agent, HC totally met my expectations, I thought they showed a good balance of professionalism and urgency to get things done with a respectful and personal approach. All the team at Henderson Connellan Market Harborough provided an excellent service throughout the sale process of my property; from the initial valuation through to the completion of my property. I was particularly impressed with the professionalism and efficiency from all the staff. I was provided with an extremely quick turn-around from the valuation to market stage and was given a quality, professional sale brochure for my house. It was pleasing to receive prompt feedback from the team regarding the viewings that had taken place at my property and was exstatic to receive an offer so quickly. This would have been 5 stars if it were not for the protracted transaction time although this was entirely due to the inconsistency and unreliability of the buyer and their representative whose behaviour was exasperating for most of those concerned. Abby Bulley (Sales Progression) was on the other hand a breath of fresh air and frankly without her drive, tenacity and patience this transaction would never have been successfully completed. I was particularly impressed with Abby's speed of response and complete reliability, in a transaction where, in the end, minutes not hours proved crucial This was a difficult balancing act where differing personalities and agendas required handling with diplomacy. How important it is to have complete trust in someone who is handling one of the biggest emotional and financial transactions of your life. Thank you Abby for your support it is greatly valued. Having been an estate agent myself in the past, I know what to expect when selling a property and have found Henderson Connellan to offer a truly great service throughout. I was initially impressed with the valuer Tom, who ensured that the team came around to familiarise themselves with the house first, we very quickly got interest and sold on the first viewing. After which Abbey was great in working with myself and the rest of the chain to ensure that we successfully got through to exchange of contracts - despite some of the challenges this threw up. I would highly recommend them to anyone - a job really well done.

For many years we had dreamed of moving to West Wales. This October we decided the time was right to give it a try. We have moved many times before so were very aware of potential problems especially trying to co-ordinate sale and purchase, moving 200 miles away. We saw 5 estate agents and chose Tom from Henderson Connellan in Market Harborough. He was easily the best prepared of the people we saw and we felt confident he would do a good job. The particulars Henderson Connellan produced were beautiful and against our expectations Tom and his team found a buyer for our Victorian house just before Christmas. We were then supported by Abby through the sale process. This was not easy, but Abby's polite persistence helped complete the transaction and we moved to Wales last Tuesday. Before instructing Henderson Conellan we had a pretty dim view of estate agents. The whole team at Henderson Connellan challenged our predjudices. They always returned our calls, made sure messages were passed on and were well prepared and informed. They achieved a good price for our property and helped us see it through to completion. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
