GoogleI am a first-time house buyer I am a first-time house buyer and I saw a house viewing via Henderson and Connellan Kettering estate agents they worked quickly and professionally in helping me go through the process of buying the property and the sellers both Poppy Macdonald and Amy Shaw were fantastic at keeping me up to date and replied straight away with any questions I had. Also was given a nice bottle of Champagne upon picking up the keys which was a nice touch by Henderson Connellan Kettering, thank you.

GoogleI want to leave a positive review for Sam Shackleton as if it wasn’t for Sam we wouldn’t have found our forever home. Sam knew what we were looking for and our very particular spec. Sam has been very helpful throughout the process of the sale. Ensuring we were up to date with any legalities. Liaising with the seller and enabling us to have access when we required. My husband was unwell towards our moving date and Sam continued to check how he was, offering his help wherever he could assist. I will be eternally grateful for Sam going above and beyond from finding our beautiful bungalow to completion. A credit to your company.

GoogleKirsten was great. She was always there to update me through a very long and stressful house sale. Kirsten chased the buyer and her sollicitors constantly for me, as at times I was unsure if it would ever happen - 7 months in total. Kirsten also supported me when I lost the flat I was purchasing, while awaiting my buyers finances to be resolved. This was due to Mike Tierney Estate Agents in Stalybridge, who proceeded to put the flat back on the market - (avoid at all costs). Despite everything going through as advised. Not sure why !!! We completed on Friday 13th March - thanks to Robin for her support on the day, as the buyers sollicitors went AWOL, so we didn't complete until 4pm. Kisten got to know me so well through the process, and was always at the other end of the phone, for support and reassurance. Thanks for everything Kirsten, I am sure you were as relieved as me when we completed. Debbie and Paul

GoogleAfter researching six local estate agents, we chose Henderson Connellan. David visited our home and provided detailed research on the local market, offering insights few others matched. He was personable and, most importantly, never used a hard sell. Shannon managed our sale throughout. An offer over the asking price was accepted in under two weeks, supported by excellent photography and a well-written listing. We couldn’t fault their service.

GoogleThe team were so patient and professional during the recent sale of our property. There were a few legal issues/delays along the way (nothing related to HC) which caused us a lot of stress, but they made sure our buyer was kept up to date and on track. All the team we dealt with were diligent and knowledgable. Would definitely recommend.
