We recently had our house on the market with Henderson Connellan, the service and staff are very professional. We had a viewing almost immediately and the couple were interested in our house. We struggled finding something suitable as we were down sizing. So we removed our house from the market and this was also handled very professionally. I wouldn't hesitate to put my house back on with this Estate Agent if something suitable comes onto the Market in the future.

Paddy McCormack at Corby has been very helpful with advice regarding a hopeful purchase of a Shared ownership house. He has emailed very consistently over the past two weeks and has helped me in regards as to the next steps, or who to contact.. He has also arranged for finance people and a solicitor to contact me so I can take the next steps. I reserved a house yesterday after driving from Norfolk to Corby at the office, so overall I can honestly say I've had great service and advice, which being a first time buyer I really appreciate. We sold our house through Henderson Connellan last year and couldn't have been happier with the service we received. We received our first potential buyers within days of the board going up outside our house and had accepted a bid within 2-3 weeks. We were kept informed throughout the whole selling process by the very helpful staff who made what we were expecting to be a very stressful time, an absolute breeze! Can't recommend highly enough and will definitely use again.

The staff at the Market Harborough branch we're always exceptionally professional in their dealings with the sale of my mothers house from the first visit by David, the group meeting to view the house and then quickly using their data base to find a buyer. I would also highly recommend Holly who always kept me in the 'loop' with regular updates by phone and e-mails as to what was happening. All in all a superb service.

Market appraisal, pictures, copy and timing.... Henderson Connellan delivered on all fronts including taking care of all viewings. They worked really hard throughout our sale and kept us informed at all stages. If there was a "Strictly" for estate agents it would be 4 tens from us.

I contacted this agent as I wished for them to handle the sale of my flat. From picking up the phone to arrange a valuation all the staff were keen, friendly and offered me an appointment within a few days, The agent who attended was very attentive, keen and gave me a very good valuation. From when the property went on the market it was handled in an excellent and professional manner by Holly Smith, Holly was outstanding, very knowledgeable and worked extremely hard to sell the property. Holly and her team kept me informed of everything they were doing, were very polite, helpful and very efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending Holly and her team to anyone wanting to sell, buy, rent a property through Henderson Connellan.. They are all simply brilliant people and work hard for the client and put that above everything else. I hope to buy a property through them again in 2016.

We knew HC were good as we had used them previously, but this time they exceeded their own high standards. From the initial telephone enquiry Holly sounded genuinely keen to come and appraise the property and promptly arranged for David to do so, he gave an honest and realistic valuation and talked us through the process without the hard sell. They even hand delivered some property details later that evening. We didn’t speak to any other agents as we were confident HC were the right team for the job. On instruction the following week Holly came round to prepare the details and again was really enthusiastic about the house, I was impressed as I knew this would filter through to potential buyers. Before the ink was dry on the particulars we had a number of viewings booked in. The house sold within 7 days for the full asking price to a buyer in a great position – couldn’t ask for more. Thanks Holly and team for a fantastic service - you’re professionalism made all the difference.

We had a short window to view housing. Hendersons were flexible when our time slots moved and we were able to see a large number of houses in our window. Each house matched our basic requirements, but our agent quickly understood exactly what we were looking for and added a new house that we had not booked at the end of our viewing session. The house was perfect us. The house purchase went through smoothly, and we were informed throughout with any changes in the chain.
