They are one of the few agents who have telephoned us regarding property options for us to buy which are in keeping with our specifications, In particular, the Director of the Kettering branch has incredibly local knowledge and expertise.

In a sellers and rising market in Market Harborough we registered with a handful of local agents conscious of a high demand for properties in the area. Holly Smith at HC took an active interest in our requirements and sourced a number of potential properties for us. After finding a suitable property both our buyer and then our vendor pulled out over just three days. Undeterred and with us having found another buyer quickly Holly set about finding us another property and acting swiftly found us four more to view. Knowing the market conditions and the lack of availability we were able to offer on our chosen property and are now very happy in our new home. Throughout Holly, supported by her director and back office staff have been pro-active professional, friendly and responsive to our requirements. We have no hesitation in recommending HC Market Harborough. We had very little contact from other agents in the town.

I have dealt with Henderson Connellan over the last four years from using them to sell my mothers home as she was going into a care home, purchasing my own home and renting out my previous property and buying a let property. On each separate occasion I have found ALL the staff very professional, friendly and approachable and was always kept up to date on how things were going. If I need to use an estate agent again in the future I will not hesitate to use Henderson Connellan again, very highly recommended.

I have used Henderson Connellan in Corby many times to find tenants for my properties. I trust them implicitly. They will not simply put in the first applicant that comes along but ensure that I get the best tenant.who is available. I find them friendly and efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

As a buyer we found HC extremely professional. They knew details of every property viewed including locality (unlike other agencies who send a 'viewer' out who in some cases has never even seen the property before). Negotiation honest and smooth. As a landlord Sarah and the team handle some difficult situations with utmost professionalism. Highly recommend HC.
Knowledge is key! That's why we always introduce all of our sales team to each property we list before it goes to market.

Used H&C to sell a property earlier this year - 9 viewings in he first week of marketing and sold very soon after. Paddy and Phil were fabulous and ensured a swift and painless transaction. I have subsequently rented via H&C, again, can't fault the service and efficiency. They found me the perfect property and ensured the letting process was swift and painless (not many agents willing to source a new property for a client with a dog but this was not an obstacle for H&C)

We rented a property through Henderson Connellan in 2015 and I was extremely impressed with the service they offer. They listened to our (very specific) needs and matched us to a property the same day. They are also very quick to go through the necessary processes and don't charge anywhere near as much as some lettings agents for checks etc. I dealt mainly with Sarah, in the Corby branch, and found her to be warm, friendly and professional. They seem to work much longer hours than other lettings agents too, so questions get answered quickly. Henderson Connellan are one of the few agents out there who represent and care about the needs of the tenant as much as the needs of the landlord. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service received from Tom Cheshire at Henderson Connellan. We had been looking for a house to buy in Market Harborough for months and Tom kept in regular contract with us to update us on any new properties coming on the market. We were then able to buy a house within the first day of it coming onto the market. Tom also went above and beyond duty to help us find good local tradesman. Tom was excellent at his job, would recommend them as Tom made the buying process very easy. When we come to sell we will be using Henderson Connellan
