I would like to say a special thank you to Holly who steered both our sale and purchase to completion- she has such an approachable manner and is excellent at what she does. Additionally, Tom, Conan and Abby are extremely efficient, helpful and knowledgable- they were also on hand to help every step of the way and nothing was too much trouble for them! From the moment our house was valued and marketed, we knew that we were in good hands with the whole team at Henderson Connellan.
They say that moving home is one of the most stressful things you can do but our experience is a very positive one as a result of choosing this company!

Having bought and sold a few properties in the past i know how much of a pain it can be! our previous 3 purchases were absolute nightmares! We were worried to be honest about selling our one and purchasing another knowing it would be a painful experience... well after a 10 minute meeting with Sam my fears were eased! The price was almost to good to be true as well! So we listed it through Sam and all i can say is we never looked back! Very professional! Every viewing he knew exactly what he was talking about answered every question that the potential buyers asked! He took the time to learn about the house and get its background! It has been a very difficult sale, due to third party inadequacies, but I can honestly say that they tried their absolute best to resolve any issues that arose and were unfortunately probably not able to get a quick response at times because they were waiting for a third party response.
