GoogleOutstanding service in every respect. The team were professional, courteous and friendly and were always there when needed on the end of an email or phone call. Nothing was too much trouble and no query to small. The whole process of house sale and subsequent conveyancing is very stressful and nearly always problematic in some way or other at one or more points in the process. Henderson Connellan smoothed the path and were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

From David valuing our house, to the wonderful Holly selling it within the first day, to the fantastic Abby who kept us in the loop throughout the buy and sell process. You couldn’t ask for more from this amazing team of people. Nothing is too much and no question was deemed silly. A very informative and friendly bunch. I would highly recommended these guys.

GoogleHolly and Conan showed us around three different properties. We never felt unduly pressured and, when we found the one we wanted, they helped us to move quickly to secure it within a matter of hours. The after sales process was a long one due to issues in the rest of the chain (mostly outside of our vendor’s control) but Holly and Abby did their best to keep us updated and, when those issues came to a head, got us over the line to exchange. Looking forward to completion in the coming weeks.

GoogleMy partner and I are first time buyers looking for the perfect dream home. We have working with a number of agents during our search and Henderson and Connellan are heads and shoulders above the rest. They have really made the process so much more enjoyable that it had been! Working closely with Holly, she has really made us feel like we are individuals, not just another sale for her. She has kept us updated on any new properties before they go on rightmove and made sure that we don’t feel like we are forgotten, emailing us to let us know that she’s still on the hunt for our perfect property! Everyone at the office is always so welcoming and even if Holly wasn’t available to liaise with us direct, or show us round a property, I never felt I was being treated differently by other members of the team. I was so daunted about buying a property but any queries and worries have been put to rest by Holly and the team! I would highly recommend Henderson Connellan and I continue to be incredibly happy working with them to find out dream home!

GoogleProfessional, friendly and hard working. By far the best of all the agents I dealt with when selling my house and worked tirelessly to ensure my sale was completed. Holly in particular was helpful and went beyond expectations to successfully negotiate the sale of my house and followed through to completion. As a client i felt valued and she worked hard with my buyers get the price i wanted for my house. Would heartily recommend using Henderson Connellan to market a property. Thanks to everyone there for all they did.

GoogleHenderson Connellan have been absolutely fantastic throughout our whole house buying process. We dealt with Danielle initially and then Abby, who have both been amazing. I’m honestly not sure our house move would have gone ahead without Abby - she chased the chain for us, sorted out any issues, updated us regularly - she generally went above and beyond to get this through for us. Her customer service is great - she is an absolute asset to Henderson Connellan. I just wish more people had customer service skills like her. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy/sell/rent. Thank you again guys for all your hard work, and in particular to Abby - you’ve been a star!

GoogleFound the team to be incredibly helpful, managed to find us a house fitting a relatively strict criteria, and went above and beyond to ensure we could see it at convenient times as we were based outside of the area. Then really pushed to ensure exchange, driving the entire chain, giving regular updates.

GoogleProfessional, hardworking and supportive. Just what you need! We sold and purchased our properties through Henderson and Connellan and we were really impressed with the service provided from start to finish. All the staff were really helpful, from David coming to do the initial valuation, Holly did a sterling job with the viewings - both selling and purchase, and Abby looking after us once the sale and purchase had been agreed,. They were very supportive and helped us out with any queries and issues that came up, they really did work hard. A special word of thanks should go to Abby who did a great job even when my stress levels were starting to rise, she was excellent at getting things resolved as quick as possible, a bit of a unsung hero in the back office!. Hopefully we won't be moving any time soon but I would have no hesitation them again I would highly recommend Henderson Connellan to anyone else.
