FacebookPrior to January 2013 I had only owned property but found it necessary to rent .I have been in this apartment now since then so have a long experience with HC. From the onset everything has been absolutely brilliant.Friendly efficient professionalism by all .Most of all I feel secure .My trust is 100% in them to the extent if I have to move I will only do so with them, not Corby, not Harborough but Kettering👏
Ha ha even if I could with the HC Kettering Rental team I would never ever buy again !!!!

As soon as Henderson Connnellan we’re appointed, viewings increased dramatically and it was a matter of weeks before a sale was agreed after previously being on for months with another agent. Their help with getting the sale through was invaluable and they explained every step, thank you again. I would definitely recommend!

GoogleI used Henderson Connellan for the sale of a property recently, the sales service was excellent. Prompt responses, always kept informed and generally very professional. The after sales service was equally good, the team went the extra mile to move things along when the sale process to drag. I would recommend to anyone.

FacebookPresale assistance was good but didn’t hear from them after that. I had to call to discover what to do with the keys on completion, poor post sale after care. Would I recommend.... probably not, my house would have sold regardless of who it was on with.

I’ve just checked your sales file, we agreed your house sale on the 11th January 2019 and you successfully exchanged contracts on the 21st February which is a super fast turnaround, (most sales can take 10-12 weeks to exchange), a direct result of our after sales progression efforts!
