GoogleI had a great experience with Adam Brewster who was very helpful in our local property search and attending some viewings. I would highly recommend Henderson Connellan for anyone looking for property in the Kettering area. They are personal and engaged with their clients.

GoogleI would like to give a massive thank you to Sam Shackleton for helping myself and my partner find our first home. Over the last 6 months he has consistently kept us updated and pushed for everything that we have asked for - along with being a kind and genuine individual that just wants the best for his clients, buyer or seller. After initially losing out on the house in the beginning, we asked for first refusal if it ever fell through, and felt very dignified that he kept his word a month later - our offer was accepted in a matter of hours. The service given by Sam was very professional and top notch, he has made our first property transition very easy. I would highly recommend Henderson Connellan! Thank you Sam :) Jamie & Emily

GoogleI would highly recommend Henderson and Connellan! As a first time buyer, Sam really put me at ease. He kept me updated at all stages and answered all my silly questions. He was professional and approachable from start to finish and made the whole process of buying a house relatively stress free. Sam is efficient and works at a really high standard. This was shown through a quick but thorough transaction. I can't thank him enough. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Thank you!

GoogleRented a property, year tenancy rather than 6 months, was freshly painted when moved in, within 2-3months rising damp and mould everywhere, have had 4 lung infections and 6 chest infections since moving in and reported everything but they just don't care, been staying in hotels as I can't do another night there but not allowed to terminate tenancy. They choose money over health, horrendous attitude towards paying tenants,

FacebookHonest, Realistic and Enthusiastic! From David valuing our house, to the wonderful Holly selling it within the first day, to the fantastic Abby who kept us in the loop throughout the buy and sell process. You couldn’t ask for more from this amazing team of people. Nothing is too much and no question was deemed silly. A very informative and friendly bunch. I would highly recommended these guys.

FacebookWould like to give a shout out to Laura Clark, she has been an amazing help finding me the perfect property for myself and children within my wants and needs, very swift in answering any emails and questions I fired at her, and all done with a smile on her face even if I did ask the same questions a few times or more ;) Thank you again for doing your job and more. ??
Thanks so much Becky! It's my pleasure.

GoogleRented a property through Henderson connellan and I have to say one of the worst experience I've ever had with a letting company, would not recommend, the boiler packed in a took 2 weeks to get it fixed, this was during the beast from the east and all the could say was you have a gas fire and electric shower, I froze for those 2 weeks.
