GoogleI would highly recommend Henderson Connellan’s for a refreshingly honest sales approach. The hardworking team are more than happy to share their insight into the market which has been helpful and informative in our search for a new home. The after care sales team has continued this level of communication which has been essential at vulnerable stages of our selling process. Our property was marketed with minimum disruption to our young family whilst selling our home in good time. With no pressure of the ‘hard sell’ we have felt our best interests have been met which is worlds apart from our interactions with other lead competitors.

GoogleOur experience, as buyers and sellers, of Henderson Connellon in Market Harborough, was excellent. David and his team were efficient, friendly, gave very good advice, always had time for us and were very professional. Our purchase was so smooth and quick and before we knew it we were the very happy owners of our new house in Market Harborough, thanks to Holly, who went out of her way to ensure we had plenty of time at the property. Similarly, Conan did a fabulous job with excellent advice at the start from David, particularly as regards to the pricing of the property. We particularly liked the team visit which enabled the team to become acquainted with the property so that anyone of them could do a viewing. When an offer was made and accepted, Conan was also excellent at chasing up the legal side as was the excellent administrator. Thanks to the team for making what is an inevitably stressful time as stress free as possible. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleWe have not moved for more than 40 years and our downsizing transaction commenced in October last year! It has been a long and drawn out transaction but fortunately we had Abbey Bully at Henderson Connellan, Market Harborough branch, to help us and this certainly eased the position. We have now exchanged and complete next month, Almost there! Thanks for all your help Abbey.

GoogleAll the staff at Henderson Connellan worked extremely hard in endeavouring to sell our property and find us our next house. (Which they did very quickly) I was kept updated frequently and nothing was too much trouble. They put themselves out personally to achieve this aim. I felt I was treated as an individual and not just a client. The team is extremely professional courteous and maintain a high standard of work. I would recommend them above all other estate agents and they ensured that a situation that can be stressful actually enjoyable. Every member of this team is a credit to the profession and Henderson Connellan as a business. Well done and thank you

GoogleHolly was amazing .. showed me a few properties but then showed me ‘the one’ ! We both knew that I didn’t want to see any more and she helped make it happen with ease! Who says moving is stressful ?! The whole process was almost seamless and within a couple of months I am happily moved in and can’t stop smiling . Thank you Holly, Abby and the team .

GoogleA fantastic experience. Everybody I spoke to was friendly and polite and they made it very easy to arrange viewings. They listened to what we were looking for and recommended properties based on this. Holly was fantastic and it has been a pleasure dealing with her. She was always so prompt to get back to us and very honest and transparent throughout the process. Would highly recommend to anybody either buying or selling a property.

GoogleWe had a really good experience with Henderson Connellan - both Holly and Tom were really helpful and easy to deal with when we were initially viewing houses and Holly was super proactive in suggesting houses to us as they came onto the market. She made a stressful process much easier with a really personable, friendly service. We would defitintely recommend them!

GoogleIn the words of Tina Turner you are, Simply The Best!!!!! A very helpful and professional team. Tom was spot on when he valued my house and he and Holly sold it within three days. Securing the house I wanted to buy was not so easy but between them and the rest of the team they made it seem effortless. They listened to me , they sorted the problem or found the answer and then they phoned me back. It was always the personal touch that came through and they were genuinely as happy as me when I finally got my keys. Well done and Thankyou

With it being my first house purchase i was completely lost with all the paperwork, but Abby was able to explain everything in an easy-to-understand way giving me confidence and simply put; I dont think I could of completed without her help. This was evident in my second transaction where she again went above and beyond what was expected to help us close the deal. Wouldn't bother with anyone else, thanks again Abby :) x

GoogleWe sold our house through HC and were very happy with the whole process - They not only do the best photos and sales material by far out of the local estate agents but also but always answer the phone and return calls. You get a real sense that they are 'on it' and making an effort to sell your house. If we sell again, we'll be using HC.

GoogleRecently bought and sold with Henderson Connellan, Market Harborough. They were outstanding. Friendly, attentive, polite and professional with very competitive commission rates. Our chain had various issues caused by solicitors not really doing their job properly, but Henderson Connellan went above and beyond chasing them for us to ensure things got sorted. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
