GoogleI purchased our new house and the sale was agreed very quickly and efficiently. Venessa has been really great. The sales process has been very complex and has took longer than anyone thought (due to planning and mortgage agreements). GoogleWe approached Hayley with an interest in a property 2 weeks ago. she immediately came across as professional yet extremely friendly and approachable. Literally she immediately arranged for us to view the property, which we did, then put an offer in and it was eventually all accepted with 4 days. now if that isn't outstanding service I dont know what is!!! Hayley has been keeping us updated with everything, including phoning us with relevant information outside what we would have considered normal office hours which has been greatly appreciated. in life people are all too quick to complain about poor service which is why we felt it necessary to write this review. my motto in life is "It's nice to be nice" and Hayley is a perfect example of this.PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleWould like to share the beginning of our house selling so far. Great communication from the team at Crystal Peaks as they start the marketing process. They have all been on point with their advice and commitments. Would like a special mention for Nicola Siddall who has gone above and beyond with her positivity and excellent efficiency in customer service, sometimes it just has to be noted when a person goes the extra mile, Nicola certainly has for us and I imagine over the past 17 years she has for others, and will continue to do so in the future.
