I contacted Haybrooks to request they market my house for sale. I spoke with Rachel Bedford, she visited my house and went through the process with me, she then took photos and a video of my house. I found Rachel to have the upmost professionalism alongside a lovely sense of humour and personality. I just felt totally at ease with Rachel and confident that she was going to do an excellent job. When I saw the photos and video I wasn’t disappointed, they were excellent. Rachel ensured that everything that could be done was done to facilitate a quick sale on my house. My house sold STC within 48 hours of going on the property market, this giving us the ability to move forward with the hunt for our new home. Sam sent me details of any current properties on the market that may have been of interest. And arranged viewings around me and my working hours. Sam remained in constant contact and replied to every query promptly and with great detail ... can not recomend this branch enough. We moved at the end of March this year. We viewed our property (for sale with Haybrook) three times between September 2020 and Nov 2020. When viewing with the agent we didn't find them very knowledgable of the property, providing misinformation on viewings and when eventually putting in an offer very pushy and unhelpful. We chose not to sell with them as our experience as a buyer wasn't great. Once our offer was accepted we began to deal with Vanessa. She was exceptional in her service and kept us very informed.
