GoogleSam was a very good negotiator during my purchase which was very stressful (in no part due to Sam or haybrooks). The solicitors didn't seem to feel the need to communicate with each other so it was Sam who chased the chain from top to bottom. If you have had any experience of buying or selling a house you will know that to have someone being proactive is a rarity and someone who actually calls you to let you know what's happening is unheard of. That is what Sam at Haybrooks does. You can't ask for much more

GoogleHaving spoken to afew estate agents while deciding who to use to sell our house we had no hesitation in choosing haybrook after our initial meeting, the confidence and professionalism was calming through the entire process. Our particular house sale was far from straight forward! It was a probate property and had 3 set’s of solicitors involved and I’m sure that it must have been challenging at points along the way BUT we would have never known !!! Sam dealt with everything brilliantly along the way , he was the the perfect middleman between all the solicitors and the buyer and ourselves, he had solutions before we knew we had problems. He kept us involved and informed with every step but from a personal point the most important thing for me was the fact that sam was always available if i needed any information, never failed to return a phone call or an email promptly. I honestly can’t recommend sam and his colleagues enough , very efficient and extremely knowledgeable but most importantly very friendly and always approachable.

The service has been 1st class particularly from Nichols Siddall who kept us informed of the progress of the viewing and offers literally hour by hour at the crucial times. GoogleWe decided very quickly that we wanted to go ahead and sell our house after great valuation with Nikki Wilman. Within 48 hours or so after giving the go ahead the pictures were taken & our house was up on the market. Nicola Sidall dealt with our questions and queries and nothing was any trouble at all. I also spoke to Chloe Liversidge a lot in regards to viewings and again, nothing was any trouble and communication was great! Our house was sold after only 2 days of viewings & with only being on the market for 4 days!! The team at Haybrook did everything they could to get us the best price for our house. GoogleDealt with Leanne in helping us find a new home. Leanne was the only person from Haybrook who spoke to me on a weekly basis to see how we were doing and if we had found something. Leanne would call me straight away if she had any options come up meeting our needs which was much appreciated. Other estate agents were also looking for us but not one of them would call like Leanne did. In the end due to the current market we were pushed to a new build but I thanked Leanne for her service and help. If you go with Haybrook get Leanne on board she's a diamond 👍

GoogleSecond time selling our house with Haybrooks and the service is still top notch. Not only did they manage to value the house at the perfect price point, they were great when it came to booking all the viewings in. They made sure that even after the offer was received they stayed in touch and liaised with the buyer and solicitors. The Branch Manager Sam kept in touch with me all the way through to completion. It's good to know someone is working for you, doing all the chasing and pushing to get stuff done while you're busy putting your life in boxes! The whole team that dealt with me, Haley, Chloe and Rachel were amazing. Would deffinately recommend!! JP
