GoogleOver valued our house, took advantage of our position selling our and withheld a £10000 higher offer from us ( potential buyer contacted me re this on social media).
Awful experience with Haybrooks .. avoid !
* In response I am surprised you don't remember the situation and our conversations if you are the Sam we dealt with originally. So many 'details' re the withheld offer were not recorded so we were unable to pursue with a complaint to the ombudsman.
In addition we had potential buyers comment that they had been advised to put in a 'low offer' as we were desperate to sell ... again ... no record of that I'll bet.
I'm sure you'll find us if you check your records again ....the property was on Owlthorpe Grove. Granted it was a few years ago but my reviews then were not posted ?

Due to work, I am very busy and unavailable for the majority of viewing slots. However, Haybrook were brilliant and worked around my schedule so I could view the property. In particular, Nicola Siddall has been amazing and on a Saturday even hosted me a second viewing to the property.
Nicola has been great in communicating clearly with me exactly what's happened and what happens next. I am a big believer in the fact that most people are very quick to criticise & complain but never perhaps put the same effort into saying "Thank-You" & well done.
