I had an incredible experience with Gordon & Co. when house hunting and Becky Scrivener, a Lettings Negotiator made all the difference. She was always responsive, sometimes even outside working hours and was very patient when answering my (numerous and arduous!) questions. The circumstances in which I was looking to rent were quite peculiar, which made it all the more stressful at the onset. However, Becky understood the nature of my situation and went above and beyond to provide creative solutions which she skilfully negotiated with the landlord to ensure that both parties could reach an agreement. I am incredibly grateful for her support during what could have otherwise been a painful process. I would highly recommend Gordon & Co. to both prospective landlords and tenants.

I can't praise our sales agent Kevin Sowah enough. We're so thankful we went with Gordon & Co - without them, I genuinely don't think we'd have successfully sold our flat. Kevin had an excellent knowledge of our building, the local market, and helped us to price the flat perfectly (unlike our previous agent who suggested a price 40% higher, and then ghosted us). Kevin found a buyer who offered the asking price. Kevin also gave us great advice on how to market the flat and the best approach to receive offers.
