I’m not one to kick up a fuss generally with these things but for the sake of protecting future tenants, I decided to give this feedback. If you’re looking for the worst property management experience as a Tenant, Sophie Mummery is the person you need to ask for. Aside from her ignorance, cynicism and complete disregard for her tenants experience in one of Gordon & CO’s properties, her inability to fix just one simple issue in our flat over our two years tenancy speaks volumes. If Gordon & Co want to improve customer service, I would reconsider whether she is suitable. My liaison with her maternity replacement, Melisha Pall, has been considerably better - I wish her my thanks for all her help.

Avoid this agent!! Tried to con us out for over £1,400 in charges for damages that were either already in the property or by way overcharging us for the very basic wear and tare! It took us months to resolve and resulted in us disputing to the DPS which we did win.NegativeProfessionalism
