GoogleI was delighted to use the team at Gordon & Co for the sale of my apartment, having used them a few years earlier on the purchase. The team are excellent. In particular Mr Debola Oginni, Assistant Sales Manager was on both transactions a real pleasure to deal with and one of the most courteous people I’ve worked with in buying/selling. He is super responsive, kept me informed at all stages, worked hard to support the conveyancing process and provided me with all the right information and analysis to help in my buying and selling decisions.

Entire process went so smoothly with no problems at all. Definitely recommending Gordon & Co as an estate agency. Also, our property manager Oprah is really easy to work with, quick to respond, any small problems are corrected or advised asap. Pleasantly surprised and satisfied. GoogleI had scheduled a late afternoon/evening viewing with the agent Seth Griffiths at a building in Croydon, and no one has showed up without any communication. This is totally unprofessional and a waste of time.

GoogleAVOID. Landlords that they represent are not reasonable and will not treat you with respect after you've signed their lease (will not even remove bulky furniture that is not needed in the flat). Further, the maintenance does not seem competent so far in my stay. When I arrived, the hot water/heating was not working, the washer needed work, and there are still several lights that are broken. This is in a quite nice flat/building. Can not recommend working with this company.

GoogleOne of the quickest and seamless experiences I've had in search of a new flat to date. Charlie was very responsive, assuring and guided me through the process from start to finish, something very tough to come by in London ironically! Will definitely be staying with this agency going forward.

GoogleCharlie is a snake. Lies and deception are best friends to this man. Writing your own hilariously fake reviews can't hide the truth Charlie. Sooner or later your past will catch up with you. I hope the prospective vendors read the negative review first. They are the only true thing about this debacle.

GoogleWe recently rented with Gordon and Co in E&C and dealt with Kwan Tang one of the lettings managers. The service he provided us was exemplary and much better than our previous experiences with other lettings companies. Kwan was patient and happy to accommodate our busy schedules and replied to emails/calls quickly and efficiently. He explained the process really well and guided us through every step. Overall he offered us a fantastic service.

I really appreciate the fact that they were immediately giving me any information I requested about the property. Most agencies I've dealt with had been ignoring my questions and going straight to their questions in the initial convo. Gordon and Co were very respectful.

GoogleCharlie at the estate agents was very professional and polite. We are in the process of contracts now but meanwhile he's been incredible at responding to any requests that I might have and dealing with the letting process very quickly and with ease.
