GoogleI found Frosts Harpenden - James and the whole team to be professional, helpful and kind during the difficult process of viewings and concluding the sale. GoogleI can highly recommend using Frosts to sell a property in St Albans. Their agents are knowledgeable about the market, clear in their advice about marketing, and proactive in finding prospective buyers. Ben and James were both very expert and efficient in handling the sale of my flat, and I would happily encourage anyone wanting to buy or sell a property in St Albans to use their services.

GoogleBest estate agents in St Albans. Went with competitor for 7 months and couldn't get it over the line, frosts found a buyer within 3 weeks. Excellent customer service, with confident and competent staff. They are the most expensive but the extra you pay does pay off if you want your property sold quickly and efficiently.

GoogleFrosts have been fantastic, from start to finish when we were selling our flat. From James’ first visit when he valued it, we knew we had the best agents in St Albans. His expertise in our market meant we priced our flat correctly and received an offer within 2 weeks. From there Rochelle made sure our sale went through, even though it was a long and drawn out process. Rochelle was there keeping all parties informed and pushing the sale through. I just wanted to thank them both personally for all their hard work!
