From the start of our buying process Louise was particularly friendly and helpful, then Trudie did a very good job trying to move things along in her role as progression agent. Both were very professional and I could not fault them for their efforts, level of communication and commitment. I have given 4 stars rather than 5 though for the overall experience because from the start I believed that the first property I tried to buy had been overvalued.

After an abortive sale late last year with my buyer pulling out just before exchange, it was very tempting to take my property off the market. However, I had such incredible support and contact with Trudie Cobb that I decided to stay with them. They found a new buyer, a lovely family that will fill my house with love and laughter. NONE of this would be possible without Trudie, she has dealt with all the problems from solicitors, mortgage company, buyers and my onward purchase. Obviously mine is not the only sale she is dealing with but somehow she manages to keep all the balls in the air. Without her expertise I think it is unlikely that this sale would progressed to exchange. We were very impressed with the way Frosts handled our purchase. Jonny Zimmermann was very helpful in securing acceptance of our offer, and he then handed over to Trudie Cobb, who communicated with us from then onwards. Booked a viewing at a property we were told was pet friendly, we went today and after being asked and confirming we had pets the answer was ‘i’m going to stop you there as there’s no point you will be getting declined so you don't waste your time’. I mentioned that on the phone I had been assured it was pet friendly as we knew not all properties were and wanted to ensure we weren’t wasting our time going to viewings we didn’t have a chance in. Only reply we got was ‘this property isn’t pet friendly unfortunately but you can check with the owners’ I’m not entirely sure what miscommunication happened but our time was wasted with no care We also never received the address to the property we were viewing and had to guess the location off of the map in the listing. Thankfully we went to the right place but very strange we never received an actual address? Not sure if this experience is relatable to others, hopefully not but it was ours. Just messy
