The Harpenden Frosts Team were wonderful. From the rapid and flawless marketing, spearheaded by James, we gained an offer within a week of instructing them. Then came the tricky part - what looked like a smooth cash, no chain sale, became very convoluted. However Trudie and the team persevered on our behalf and got us through to exchange helping maintain the integrity of our onward purchase. The whole team were diligent, responsive, professional, reassuring and friendly throughout. Would highly recommend them to would-be sellers.

A big thank you to Ronnie and the team at Frosts! We had such terrible experiences with other agents locally in Harpenden but Ronnie was exceptional. She was so friendly and approachable. She also tried her best to have our offer accepted on a house we liked. Thanks to her professional negotiating skills we had our offer accepted and now have happily moved into our new home! Ricky Veale was exceptionally helpful and informative when he valued a house for me. He gave me evidence to show me how and why agents may overvalue a house to get your business when they have too few properties to sell, only to subsequently reduce the price after a month on the market at the inflated price. I would recommend him for getting a house sold quickly at a realistic valuation, which buyers will bid up rather than down. His transparency is refreshing.

I'd like to say a massive thankyou to Lily Dawes at Frosts who has been an absolute super star from the beginning! Lily's style is very professional, efficient and friendly, making me feel well looked after. I had just relocated from Sydney and was finding flat hunting very challenging but Lily spent time to walk me through each step of the process and spoke to the landlord on my behalf (explaining my complicated circumstances) She helped me secure an apartment within a couple of hours. Altho we had a unnecessarily long drawn out lead up to exchange (which was no fault of Trudie's), Trudie was the only consistent - keeping us up to date and chasing solicitors down. She was also sympathetic to the stresses moving house brings which was very kind and a breath of fresh air. Altho not always the bearer of good news she was always honest and that was greatly appreciated.

Frosts, in particular James and Elsaida made a relatively complicated and at times clumsy process appear much easier, they were continually supportive throughout the, chasing up and down the chain to keep everything moving. Communication was excellent, the advertising and finding a buyer is just the start, the real hard work comes during the build up to exchange of contracts, they are the only real key point of information from the chain and we’re very good at immediately responding. I would recommend them and definitely use them again.

Frosts have been excellent throughout the sale of our property. James who dealt with our sale was very approachable and sympathetic to our reservations about the sale, having tried to sell with two agents previously we were skeptical of how quickly we would see success. He provided excellent advice and as a result had two offers within the first month. Once we had accepted the offer we were handed over to Trudie who was responsible for ensuring the sale went through without hitch. Trudie was attentive and rigorous and provided the driving force needed to push the buyers solicitor to respond. Overall I have been exceptionally pleased with the service that Frosts have provided.

Having sold our house via the Frosts Harpenden Team this year - I genuinely could not recommend them highly enough. From our initial meetings and valuation, through to exchange and completion they have been fantastic. Buying/selling property is one of the most stressful experiences and James and his team were fantastic and communicating with us throughout the entire process and keeping everything on track. Trudie, our sale negotiator - was particularly brilliant and we cannot thank her enough for not only doing her job brilliantly, but the role of most other people involved in our chain. Without her keeping everyone else moving and communicating, it would have taken months longer to complete on our property than it did - so thank you Trudie! Hopefully we won't be moving any time in the near future, but if and when we do, Frosts would be our first port of call. I'd recommend them to anyone in the area if you want a professional, courteous and high standard service in what can be a stressful and emotional time. Thank you!
