GoogleWe recently sold a property through Frosts of Harpenden and were very pleased with the service throughout. A buyer was found quickly who offered very nearly the asking price so we were very pleased. The sale turned out to be quite complicated but Jonny and Trudie rose to the challenge and the sale was completed speedily and smoothly in the end. All members of staff we dealt with and spoke to were highly professional. Many thanks for guiding us through the process from start to finish.

GoogleLily and the team at Frost's were exceptionally professional when letting our house. Through lots of changes of direction when thinking of moving they were patient with us and helpful throughout. Our house was let extremely quickly and the process of getting everything ready for the tenants was made easy. I would highly recommend them.

Jonny Zimmerman handled viewings efficiently and sorted out all queries taking us up to exchange of contracts. Always bright and helpful, he made the process a pleasure. Always at the end of the phone to sort out any problems immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend Frost’s as 5 star agents, make an appointment for a valuation of your property. Our first dealings with Frost's Estate Agents was in 2018, the lead person on that purchase was John Sullivan, a year later through to earl this year we were dealing with the sale of the property. After taking into account John's professional, helpful and personal approach first time round, we did not consider going elsewhere but back to John at Frosts in Chequer Street. Apart from his extensive knowledge of the property market and his accurate valuations he has a unique personal approach of working with buyers and sellers. His quick understanding of peoples requirements and personalities is such an advantage. He linked the purchaser and myself directly together, which allowed us to smoothly resolve issues, saving valuable time and costs. John made himself available as required, regularly updating and progressing each stage. His experience in dealing with difficult and complex issues was a comfort in testing times and if handled differently the conclusion would not have been successful. On occasions we had input from some of the other team members whilst John was away, Ron was very efficient, Neil and others in the team were very helpful. We would definitely recommend Frost's as a positive choice of Estate Agent. Their database and property instructions make them the market leader in the St Albans catchment area.

Frosts has managed the letting of my property to the highest standard, I've been really pleased with the quality of tenants and the quality of service they've provided. They have taken any stress away by making the whole letting as smooth as possible. Hollie Taylor - brilliant!! Just recently we decided to sell our property and worked with John Sullivan to get it on the market. He has been excellent at keep us updated on the progress of viewings and his view of the market. Whilst it wasn't always the best news (current climate), I was assured that he was checking-in with me regularly. We have now secured a purchase via Joseph Gaskin. I have been really pleased with Joseph's management of the sale so far, getting us a price we were happy with (gain current market exemptions!). If Frosts manage the full sale as well as they have managed everything else I will be a happy bunny.

GoogleI've had the great misfortune of both renting and buying through this lot recently, and the best advice I can offer is to avoid at all costs. When renting, do not expect any deposit back even if you have the place professionally cleaned..and do not expect any maintenance to be carried out, despite regular requests throughout the tenancy and regardless of how good a tenant you are. You can also expect unclear, rude demands for monies post tenancy. As for buying - I literally don't know what they do for their money, aside from sticking a for sale board up and opening the front door to potential buyers. Zero knowledge of the property, and a couldn't care less attitude throughout. I also made the big mistake of paying £400 for their mortgage 'service', only to end up finding a much better deal by myself! I can catagorically say I will never entertain the idea of using them again. Beware.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI can't praise Frost's Estate Agents (Harpenden branch, with James, Ronni and Johnny) highly enough, particularly having had a comparitively dreadful experience with another agent previously, for their professionalism, expertise and generally being kind, responsive and utterly organised, right down to the multiple viewings on one day leading to a quick sale, and Ronni's ongoing communications are always so on the ball.
