Frosts were so on the ball selling my late fathers property which proved to be a very trying testing time. Selling your house can be really stressful especially if you lose your first buyer because of circumstances, so you need an estate agent who is already one step ahead of you and in our case Elsaida had rung a continued interest list, had set up new viewings before we could even speak and helped us turn around what felt like a difficult situation. I thought I best leave a review to just let you all know how amazing my experience has been so far with Frosts Estate Agents Harpenden. From walking in the door I met with Lily Dawes who found us the perfect new place for me and my partner. We felt looked after every second of the way and has made everything as easy as possible. My experience with other estate agents in the past does not compare to the attention and personalised care we have received. Lily has made sure we have everything we need and has been very attentive to our requests / needs. Would recommend highly and very pleased to have used Frosts for rentals.

Excellent Service from start to finish. They sold our house for a good price within a week while we were on holiday. We have been kept informed of the progress of the sale throughout, and on the rare occasion we have needed to call the office for anything, we received a full response quickly if not immediately. As an experienced Landlord with properties in Harpenden, St. Albans and surrounding areas, I was most impressed with the professional and helpful approach adopted by Lily Fowler and Rose Johnson, at respectively Frosts Harpenden and St. Albans offices. In late summer 2016 I requested Frosts market for letting two high quality Victorian terrace cottages, due to their local market reputation for amply matching the right tenant to a particular property. They both quickly gained a detailed appreciation of the required matching criteria and delivered same in a pleasing time frame. An excellent all round service.
