I have dealt with a few

I have dealt with a few estate agents but these are the worst. The level of service they provide is horrific. Any requests or emails sent to them asking for help had to be followed up numerous times. We were left for weeks with no working shower or toilet - this happened a few times and we had to chase every few days for an update and would only hear back from them if we chased them. Before moving out we had agreed a date for moving out on the phone with one of the agents, who then left and when I followed up for agreement in writing I was accused of lying and not actually getting agreement from the agent who left. We decided to not go with their cleaners upon move out (didnt want to give them a penny!!) and they advised that the apartment wasn't cleaned to their standard but would not let the cleaners come back in and re-clean, instead made us pay for their cleaners to come in. Charging above and beyond the normal price for cleaning. All in all a very bad experience and pity any tenant that has to deal with them. Even our landlord expressed how bad they were to deal with.

Dealing with my Cousin's

Dealing with my Cousin's estate in St Albans from Taunton wasn't ideal. However, Frost's managed to achieve a better price for the property than I anticipated and kept me informed as the sale progressed. Rapidly identifying cash buyers, the sale proceeded to a satisfactory conclusion. I was impressed with Frost's willingness to carry out regular checks of the empty property on my behalf.
