allAgentsPositives: Marketing was
Positives: Marketing was good. When they finally did find a buyer, they managed to get me the asking price, which I was very pleased with. Good with handling liason between myself and buyer/chain during the sale. Negatives: Communication was poor at times. Viewings were few and far between. Didn't seem to do much until I was about to switch to a different agent. Expensive.

GoogleI have been very impressed with Frost's they have been very supportive in helping me with my property search for my mum. We haven't managed to find anywhere yet but I really do get a feeling that they are putting my mum's best interests at heart and are continuing to help her on her search.

GoogleRecently we started the process of moving house and have been in contact with Lily from Frosts in Harpenden with regards to finding a property. Dealing with her was very easy and she gave us all the information we needed in a timely manner and was very supportive in us securing our next house. I recently purchased my house through Frosts. I found their agents to be extremely professional, in particular Lucy who maintained regular contact during our search (the only one of the estate agents to do so) and then provided regular communications and progress updates through to completion. This greatly facilitated the process and avoided unexpected delays. Overall, a great performance.

They were always available to speak to us and provide updates, and ensured every question we had was answered comprehensively.
