From day one we had the excellent combination of professionalism and friendliness in James, the debuty manager at Frosts. His constant feedback and recommendations were reassuring and extremely helpful for us - especially as he took on board our emotion of selling our 60 year old family home! So a huge thank you to him and to Trudie who took over the reigns once our buyer had been secured and has taken us through to completion. We cannot recommend Frosts highly enough.

Frosts have done sterling job in portraying my property in a positive light following image n marketing damage by two other estate agents. They have done this by listening and acting upon feed back throughout the selling period. I have been treated magnificently through their courtesy, consideration, respectful and professional demeanour of all the staff. Daniella was one of the first members of staff to show my home off to potential buyers and her energy and enthusiasm was impressive and was pleased to discover she was instrumental in the sale deal struck. Overall Frosts have been a pleasure to do business with without the hard sell on products I neither need or have asked for. All the best for the future team Frosts.

I dont often leave reviews but i decided to on this occasion. We completed on our puchase in December and Frosts were excellent throughout the whole process. I found the the two people i had most dealings with (Jake and Sarah) to be extremely professional and helpful. Ive dealt with many estate agents over the years and I thought Frosts were up there with the best. I would not hesitate to use their services over other estate agents in St Albans.

My partner and I have

My partner and I have recently moved house, with Frost's being the agent to sell our last property. The past reviews seem a little strange, as we recieved a very good service. Our property was with 2 different estate agents prior to being with Frosts. They brought round very few people claiming there were few people who wanted to view! It felt as though they weren't pushing for a sale. When we went with Frost's it was a breathe of fresh air! A couple of open days were organised straight away, this didn't result in a sale, but they still managed to bring people almost every week to view the property. This resulted in a fairly swift sale. (Saying this, there was an agent who didn't seem to know anything about our place, resulting in us having to do all the talking during a viewing - which wasn't too impressive.) Apart from this instance, they have been honest, and have always got back to us in good time if we have been unable to speak to our agent. Heather was our agent and is highly recommended.

Rented through Frosts a while ago. Paperwork was fine but staff very unhelpful and one in particular was very very rude and argumentative. Also we specifically advised them when we had served notice to vacate that they were to do NO viewings whilst we were on a 1 week holiday as we wanted NO access at all if we weren't present. We came back from our holiday to find they had let it!!!!!!!!!. DO NOT USE.
