I am in the process of selling my 84 year old fathers property following an illness. It has been his home for 64 years so is understandably stressful for him. Frosts have been amazing, keeping us updated and in regular contact. In particular Jonathan Zimmermann has gone above and beyond, doing viewings for us outside of regular hours and keeping in regular contact. Very grateful for the professional, yet personal service.

I have recently rented out my house for the first time with Frosts Harpenden. I was pleasantly surprised that the team were able to secure fantastic tenants within such a short time frame. After opting for Frosts to fully manage the property, Lily and her team have been very helpful and on hand throughout the process, advising and explaining all legalities included regards safety checks on gas and electricity. Also arranging work to be completed on the property and a full inventory prior to the tenants moving in. I would highly recommend Frosts Harpenden for an efficient, relatable and profesional service.

From the outset, David at Frosts was very approachable and sympathetic to our particular circumstances. I already had a idea of how I wanted the property to be marketed and we talked this through as well as other options, but agreed that a single Open Day for viewing, followed by a time limited 'Best Bid' should (and did) result in a smooth and speedy sale at a price which we were very happy with. Events however over took us and delays were inevitably encountered when we needed to obtain a Grant of Probate. David and his team's support throughout this difficult period was fantastic, there was no pestering, we simply kept in touch on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to 'touch base', and the buyers were kept informed all the way through. Once things started to move again, we were able to Exchange and Complete in a short period of time and again David and his team were fantastic and everything went through smoothly with regular liaison taking place with our Conveyancers (Frosts Conveyancing). They even helped to find a last minute 'house clearer' at a very reasonable cost who came the same day to take some last minute overlooked items away. In all, exceptional service - David didn't even mind when I inadvertently called him whilst he was on Paternity Leave! I would highly recommend using Frosts Harpenden. They are professional, courteous, easy to relate to and in my opinion were the very opposite of the stereo-typical Estate Agent. They helped collect necessary paperwork and when needed, scanned these for us electronically for transmission to our Conveyancers. The selling of the family home is often not easy, but David and his team never lost sight of this and helped whenever and where-ever they could.

I was very impressed with the service I got from Frosts. From the outset James could not have been more helpful in selling my property. As it was an Executor's sale and I do not live in the UK, James was really helpful in sorting out a range of problems which I was not on hand to deal with myself. I cannot praise the team at Frost’s high enough especially James and Elsaida. We recently purchased a flat through Frosts and the whole experience left something to be desired. The customer experience was poor throughout, Frosts provided false information to us about works required and advised against having a survey done on the flat we were buying. They were frequently unresponsive. I informed them at the start of the process that I would rarely be able to answer phone calls in the working day, we spent 2 days missing each others calls for information that could've been an email. Poor experience, avoid.
