GoogleMy partner and I have just purchased a house through Frosts as first time buyers and their service was absolutely exceptional. I have dealt with Louise from the get go and she is just amazing (give her a raise!), she was quick to get back to me whenever I had questions and needed support. Trudie kept me updated throughout the process from our offer being accepted to completion and was brilliant at explaining everything as she knew we had no prior understanding of the process. I couldn’t recommend Frosts enough and a massive thank you to both Louise and Trudie for all your help!

From our very first viewing through to getting the keys, she was fantastic always friendly, approachable, and genuinely supportive. We were told first time buying a house can be a stressful experience, but Louise went above and beyond to keep everything on track and to make the process feel as smooth as possible. She kept us updated at every step, was always quick to respond to our questions, and explained everything clearly, which gave us real peace of mind. TrustpilotAbsolutely horrific letting agents
Absolutely horrific letting agents. In renting with frosts (unfortunately) for 2 years, they made everything as difficult and disorganised as possible. They are organising some kind of scam with the company they use for checkout inventories Butterworth Estates- they will find any way imaginable to make deductions from your deposit and bend deposit rules to suit them. The staff seem to have a few brain cells between them and the only one with a bit of sense is Emily. Wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.
