Such a brilliant Estate Agency. Tom, Ben and Rochelle were simply outstanding. I was initially reluctant to go with the one of the biggest players in St Albans, but am so glad I did as they were so friendly, down to earth, and the best positioned to take the temperature of a fluctuating market . In my case, they felt the upward movement before anyone else, owing to the sheer numbers of sales they deal with. If it wasn't for Tom in particular, I would have significantly undervalued my home. He was never pushy or flattering, just very considered, with a clear rationale. Ben and Rochelle then worked their hardest to get it over the line. Do not hesitate. These people are diligent, focused and attentive in what they do. They are also really nice!
