The lady that showed us around called Wendy opened the front door and said welcome to your new home! We found her absolutely delightful and friendly. She was very helpful and we found her to be a perfect person to show anyone round a home. Wendy was happy for us to look around on our own, there was no time limit and we found this way of working a perfect balance. Thank you Wendy! We actually bought the house and we can call it our new home and we are very excited about making it our own.

I would not recommend rentals through…

I would not recommend rentals through Frosts St Albans. Issues took time to sort during the rental but the worst was getting our deposit returned. They were fully on the landlords side, permitting charges being applied for ‘remedial works’ (a screw to hold wobbly furniture to the wall) outside of the check out report with quotes from a company that weren’t even registered on companies house and just typed up on word. We also caught them providing inaccurate information to the landlord which we called them out on and we had to go via the deposit dispute procedure which found partly in our favour. They only care about keeping the landlord happy, not being fair to tenants. Avoid.

Everything they tell you about estate agents - it's not true!A year ago I was approached by a lovely chap called Chris who asked me if he could sell my property, a 4 bed 2 bathroom house in Windsor.I had had it on previously with 2 other estate agents and was perplexed as to why it didn't sell. But put it down to timing and market in general. When Chris came to see me, he wasn't armed with sales paperwork rushing to sign me up telling me stuff that i probably wanted to hear like the 3 agents had, nstead he presented a book of analytical data about my house and properties in the area - real comparative information which was hugely interesting both for me as a seller and the buyers too.He had done alot of diligent work something the other agents had missed and his team Nicola/ Denise were equally were as thorough keeping me up to date on everything as we went through the sale. Not only did Chris find me a buyer he found 5 each making an offer on first viewing! 🎊 I accepted the first full price offer - cash buyer and no chain 👏🏾 Was it one of the easiest sale of properties I've made? Absolutely horrific letting agents

Absolutely horrific letting agents. In renting with frosts (unfortunately) for 2 years, they made everything as difficult and disorganised as possible. They are organising some kind of scam with the company they use for checkout inventories Butterworth Estates- they will find any way imaginable to make deductions from your deposit and bend deposit rules to suit them. The staff seem to have a few brain cells between them and the only one with a bit of sense is Emily. Wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.
