FacebookFrom the moment we walked into their office we were greeted warmly & introduced to Sophie Hutchinson, Senior Lettings Negotiator. Sophie had a smile on her face & was able to assist us that very day by showing us 4 properties to lease. We recently moved to St Albans from Abu Dhabi & we were trying to find a house in time for our shipping container to arrive from the UAE. Sophie treated our situation with urgency & professionalism. Within a week we found the perfect house & Sophie remained by our side through the process. I highly recommend Frosts/Sophie if you are looking to rent a property. FacebookI am delighted to say that we finally exchanged today on my Dad's house that I am selling under Power of Attorney. It has taken 21 months to sell due to the first sale being interrupted by the emergence of the now infamous St Albans sink-hole. I can't praise the team at Frosts highly enough. They supported me all the way through the sale and were really sensitive about my need to sell the family home due to Dad going into care. They were fantastic when the sink-hole happened and took care of all the running backwards and forwards to give access to emergency services. They have been efficient, kind and friendly throughout. Special thanks to Dan and Sarah who now feel like friends! I would not hesitate to recommend Frosts - a really special team of people.

FacebookSHARED OWNERSHIP GUYS BEWARE. Was told they have done many properties through hightown and shared ownership WRONG. I could write a book! We lost many potential buyers only then to admit liability was told management would deal with our case/selling of property. A week later passed down to another sales man. Wasted my time/money STRESS. Lies. Being passed onto a sales man to divert all the wrong doings from their side. I did 99% most the work myself chasing hightown and buyers mortgage broker. Whilst they just advertised and blamed everyone else for being slow. Never chased for paperwork. Was told hurry find your property only to find out when we did find out property that out place which was meant to be on its last stages hasnt even started on their first stage. Didnt even have a mip, shared ownership application wasnt even submitted! We even had viewings for ppl who couldnt even buy the property in the first place. Cos the right questions werent asked in the first place. BEWARE!

GoogleToo pushy, forceful, inconsiderate, no empathy, only act in the seller's interest. I completed on the purchase of a house in Harpenden through Frost's today. The Frost's sales progressor pushed me to complete on a date that suited her deadline only, in order to get the seller's commission by the end of the month. Found Frost's to become impatient without taking buyer's financial commitments into account, particularly during this COVID-19 pandemic scenario. As a result, I ended up with two concurrent mortgages running at same time without time to line up a suitable tenant. Explained my concerns and dissatisfaction to the Director face-to-face in person, appreciated his explanation but only re-confirmed that Frost's work on behalf of the seller because the buyer does not pay any money directly as a customer of Frost's, therefore I felt very unimportant during this transaction.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality
We are sorry to hear of your experience and can assure you that although we are contractually obliged to work for our vendor, experience has shown us that this is best done with a collaborative approach working with all parties. When we are faced with differing opinions we are faced with having to try to agree a mutually agreeable solution. From the start, John (the valuations manager) has been professional, showing the highest level of customer service. He kept us informed throughout the process. He was honest and clear from the start with his client expectations.Rochelle (the sales progresser) has also been extremely professional, kind and helpful throughout the process, whilst keeping us up to date at every stage. Frost’s have made the process run like clockwork and I would highly recommend them if you are considering selling your property. If we were to ever sell in the future we would use Frost’s without a doubt.

GoogleI had quite a few viewings of my house and Frost's were very diligent in following up with the people viewing and letting me know the feedback. The viewing times were arranged considerately with suitable notice. I had some issues with the chain lower down and again Frost's were excellent communicators so that I understood the difficulties and how and when they were being resolved. They contacted buyers, solicitors and other agents as appropriate. Many thanks to the whole team as contracts have now been exchanged and the finishing line is now in sight!
