We are making a FORMAL COMPLAINT through their complaints procedure, The Ombudsmen and taking legal action for A VERY POOR SERVICE & Liable. Frosts agents st albans handled the letting of our property for several years but failed to let us know when the tenant was leaving therefore leaving us with a shortfall of six weeks - very unprofessional - and then told us that the price was too high and it was all our fast even though they set the rent in the market ..then backtracked and even passed us on to another office in marshalswycke .. very unprofessional & very cutthroat do not trust this people cost us nearly £1000 .
