My star assessment is based on the performance of Shaun Denton of Frosts. My experience is based on the difficult sale of a distressed house as an administrator of the estate of my late brother. Several staff gave assistance during the protracted sale. However Shaun took control of the sale and there can be no doubt that his professional involvement, ,enthusiastic "can-do" attitude, experience and all round knowledge has been responsible for bringing the difficult vendors to the table. He kept me advised at all times of progress and also regrettably lack of progress. I am very grateful that Shaun's tremendous efforts were above what I consider the norm having been involved with several property deals over recent years. Throughout some frustrating months he managed to inject encouragement laced with a degree of humour at times. So a very big thank you is well deserved
