GoogleA fabulous service from Frosts. The stress of an extremely longwinded probate sale was alleviated by the attentive support of Trudie who was on the case all the time liaising and chasing the conveyancers involved and of course myself. Would absolutely not hesitate to recommend. A definite 5 star performance!

GoogleGreat service received from a valuer from Frosts at Marshalswick in St. Albans. Very friendly, open and honest , was great to get the value we were hoping for together with a marketing strategy for when we were ready to sell. Didn’t put pressure on and left it for us to instigate which was perfect ! Highly recommend

GoogleWe recently purchased a flat through Frosts and the whole experience left something to be desired. The customer experience was poor throughout, Frosts provided false information to us about works required and advised against having a survey done on the flat we were buying. They were frequently unresponsive. I informed them at the start of the process that I would rarely be able to answer phone calls in the working day, we spent 2 days missing each others calls for information that could've been an email. Poor experience, avoid.

GoogleFrosts Wheathampstead and Marshalswick were instrumental in getting my flat sold recently.All staff were helpful but Trudie ( as previously when I purchased) went far above and beyond to secure this difficult sale and I recommend her highly .She is a huge asset to Frosts, personable, hardworking and supportive, thanks Trudie

GoogleWe recently purchased a property through Frosts and needed to complete ahead of the April tax hike. The success of our purchase was largely down to the amazing support from Rochelle. She helped keep us informed, navigate various challenges as they came up and pushed the seller's solicitors as hard as she could to help us get the sale across the line. Highly recommend Rochelle and her work alongside the rest of the sales team.

GoogleWe recently rented a property through Frost's, via Darcie in Lettings. She has been very helpful all through the process. Communicative, responsive and just all round a nice agent to deal with. She has great humour and warm mannerism, so a real pleasure from the viewing to offer to getting us settled in. Frosts in general were a very proactive letting agent, sending us several properties within our criteria and booking our viewings close together for convenience. 100% recommend.

GoogleFrom the start of our buying process Louise was particularly friendly and helpful, then Trudie did a very good job trying to move things along in her role as progression agent. Both were very professional and I could not fault them for their efforts, level of communication and commitment. I have given 4 stars rather than 5 though for the overall experience because from the start I believed that the first property I tried to buy had been overvalued.

GoogleColin Guthrie Tenant; I'm writing bout Ben Harley the Property Manager for Frost's Estate Agents St Albans. Ben dealt with a complex plumbing issue in my apartment which meant liaising with the contractors and landlord. Ben is highly professional and capable. He has a focus on the key issues which demand immediate resolution. Despite the pressures inherent to his role Ben maintains an excellent customer focused. Thank You Ben.

GoogleI have recently bought a property through Frosts and have had wonderful experience, especially thanks to Rochelle's support. We encountered challenges dealing with solicitors and Rochelle ensured I remained informed as a first time buyer. I am certain the whole process would've taken a lot longer without her help, and it made the pain points a lot more manageable knowing I had someone friendly and knowledgeable in my corner! Every interaction I had with all team members was pleasant, timely and professional. I would be pleased to use Frost's again when I next needed.

Google5 stars all round I wish to say a massive thank you to Trudie who dealt with my sale for her outstanding service throughout my sale. She has been very understanding and kind throughout the whole process. Every time I emailed, called or popped in she was so very kind and helpful and had time to explain the processes.
