GoogleJust sold our St Albans property through Frosts, from valuation onwards they were a pleasure to deal with. Neil, Ava, Stuart and Rochelle were great at communicating, always available to speak to and stepped in along the way to sort out my unhelpful conveyancing company. I've used Frost's before and would highly recommend them. Thanks!

GoogleFrosts delivered a successful and stress free sale. John Sullivan (Senior Branch Valuer) was helpful from the very start to the final day of the transaction, even going above and beyond in searching and securing a suitable new home in the St Albans area perfectly dovetailed to the sale. Ongoing support from Neil, Tom, Daniela and Ella along the way was much appreciated. Jess Baker was super helpful in arranging viewings and feeding back on a regular basis. Many thanks to all at Frosts St Albans for assisting 2 transactions at the same time!

Ella, the sales progressor helped us so much on our onward purchase . Helping even more than the agent that I was buying through , who were no-existent in the transaction. GoogleCan't recommend Frosts enough, great agents to deal with, from initial chats with Sophie who set us up with the viewing, was always eager & keen to help throughout the process and seemed genuinely happy for us with the moving. We wanted to see the property for second time, and Sophie was very happy and supportive to do so. We have been looked after by Sara with the second viewing, who shared her own experience living in St Albans, and showing us nearby parks and playground for our little boy. We can't thank enough to Sophie, Sara and whole Frost's team with their fantastic and friendly support. Nice to meet agents who seem to actually want to help people and see them happy. Thank you very much all for your help!

GoogleSophie at Frosts has been amazing and has delivered us impeccable service! We were in a position where we had to move quickly and were nervous about renting after being property owners for the last few years. Sophie would send us potential properties daily as soon as they became available. We were dealing with numerous estate agents and before we had even found the apartment we've ended up going for we already had a preference to rent with Frosts because of the fantastic service we have received. Sophie is extremely personable and always available - she really has gone the extra mile! The whole process has been a pleasure! 10/10!

GoogleWe purchased our home in St Albans with Frost's and the whole process was a pleasure! We were prepared for a tough process, as purchasing our previous home had been a bit of a nightmare (with a different agent), but Frosts was friendly, prompt, and always communicative with how the purchase was proceeding. We dealt mostly with Lucy and Stuart, both of whom were professional and pleasant to speak with. We felt they really listened to what we were looking for and didn't spend time trying to convince us to look at properties that didn't match our criteria. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy, rent or sell.

GoogleWe had a very good experience buying our first house with Frost's. They had the biggest selection of houses and were the most flexible with viewings. Communication was very good throughout and we felt very well looked after. From putting in our offer we received the keys 44 days later! We are very lucky and love our new home, thank you especially to Stuart and Ella for being our port of call!

Samantha has been our property manager for that period and as an individually is a star, the property Management team as a whole though are fantastic in our experience. Customer service is brilliant, and they are always on hand to talk through any issues or questions. Even in checking out, where we have had some delays out of Frosts hands, they've been very helpful and always worked hard on our behalf. Would very happily rent through them again!

GoogleWe have had a fantastic experience with Frost's while finding our new home! Rose was professional, friendly and knowledgable from start to finish and a pleasure to have as our Letting Agent. Sophie took us through our paperwork at the office and was also incredibly helpful and lovely to deal with. After our viewing both Rose and Sophie kept us up to date with the progress of our application, and the entire process has taken less than a week! We are incredibly happy with the service and would highly recommend Frost's to anybody looking to move in the area.

GoogleMy experience with Frost’s has been excellent! Their service level is highly professional, easy and convenient. Ideal for busy working professionals! Sarah - Lettings Consultant was very diligent and helpful in assisting me, finding the home that best suited my requirements. Their home visits staff was equally great, especially Sarah, who could empathize with a Mum needs. Frost’s Property Manager- Hollie is always attentive and any necessary maintenance repairs are carried out very quickly.

GoogleExcellent service throughout! Great communication from professional personable staff. We first engaged with Frosts whilst looking for a house in St Albans. Once we explained what we were looking for they sent us regular property updates of houses new to the market and properties that fitted our requirements. We were so impressed with the effort and communication that we met with Neil to discuss the sale of our flat. He was understanding of our situation and gave us some excellent advice. Not only did Frosts find us our perfect house, but they found us a buyer for our flat within 2 days. We cannot recommend them any higher, thank you Tom and Neil for making this so smooth and easy!
