GoogleBest Lettings Negotiator! I was assisted by Rose Johnson who helped us negotiate and guided impeccably. She was prompt, polite and did follow up well. We had been house hunting in St Albans for a while and have met a few agents. Most of them were indifferent or provided bare minimum input. What made Rose and her service stand out was the ability to provide a personalised experience and follow up without making one feeling badgered to make a deal. A 5 star service.

Sarah Twigg from the lettings department listened to me, understood my expectations, helped me with her great knowledgebase about lettings& management and provided me with the assurance of excellent quality, which Frost' pride upon!! GoogleI had my initial viewings in the St. Albans area through Frost’s and from the start they were diligent and consistent in keeping in touch even though I do not live locally. In addition to sending through potential properties over the course of more than a year, they continued to engage through phone calls and emails to check in from time to time. Daniela Buondonna was very efficient in setting up appointments and also highly communicative and prompt in answering any questions I had; Sarah Twigg was also very personable in answering enquiries. While ultimately I did not find my property of choice through Frost’s, my overall experience with the agency, including the agent who guided me through the viewings, was excellent and I would recommend this agency for their personal touch and their extensive knowledge of the local area.

She knew the property and the landlord well, and was helpful even with my weird requests for room measurements! Five starts from beginning to end!

GoogleMyself and my husband were making a move from Scotland to England so understandably anxious about finding the right place for us in St Albans. Rose was fantastic at not only finding us a suitable place that was “quirky “ as I had described, but thereafter maintaining communication until we had actually moved. We never felt harassed ( as you often do by other letting agents) and she would reply immediately via email or answer the call. Any wee question regarding the property was no issue and the whole thing went very smoothly. Rose is a very genuine person and professional and approachable. Even now if I have to nip into Frosts, she will come over and blether to me.

It proved to be a much more complicated job than anyone had expected and he has been professional and encouraging throughout. He pushed the buyer and all the solicitors until we finally achieved success and have now completed. Thank you John for all your hard work. You're a hero!
