GoogleSelling your house can be really stressful especially if you lose your first buyer because of circumstances, so you need an estate agent who is already one step ahead of you and in our case Elsaida had rung a continued interest list, had set up new viewings before we could even speak and helped us turn around what felt like a difficult situation. This is an professional team who are always "on it" for you-with a great due diligence process-cant rate them highly enough Julie

GoogleI'd like to say a massive thankyou to Lily Dawes at Frosts who has been an absolute super star from the beginning! Lily's style is very professional, efficient and friendly, making me feel well looked after. I had just relocated from Sydney and was finding flat hunting very challenging but Lily spent time to walk me through each step of the process and spoke to the landlord on my behalf (explaining my complicated circumstances) She helped me secure an apartment within a couple of hours. I was amazed by the speed and great service and would definitely recommend Lily to friends and family.

GoogleI thought I best leave a review to just let you all know how amazing my experience has been so far with Frosts Estate Agents Harpenden. From walking in the door I met with Lily Dawes who found us the perfect new place for me and my partner. We felt looked after every second of the way and has made everything as easy as possible. My experience with other estate agents in the past does not compare to the attention and personalised care we have received. Lily has made sure we have everything we need and has been very attentive to our requests / needs. Would recommend highly and very pleased to have used Frosts for rentals.
