We first met Neil Dowsett who was great right from the start in organising our house sale and along with the rest of the team were brilliant! Viewings were arranged very efficiently as our house was sold on the first day it was seen! Despite Covid, the team kept in touch and it was actually Rochelle, sales progress expert, who ensured all the information was made available to us and rapidly progressed the sale through. Having just completed a property sale through Frosts, I've been very impressed by the service received from the team. At the front end, John Sullivan gave excellent advice based on a realistic and honest assessment of the market. When the need to adjust asking price became evident, the advice received was, again, considered and pragmatic (as evidenced by the property then shifting within a week). James Brookes took over for the sales price negotiations and did a particularly excellent job when dealing with a delicate renegotiation of the sales price following the buyers' receipt of survey. Once again, the advice received was considered and pragmatic. Throughout the process, Frosts kept in contact and managed to achieve a good balance between 'doing business' and protecting my interests as the seller.
