GoogleEmailed multiple times to view properties to no reply, phoned multiple times and consistently had no answers. When I did get through (only once) all the properties I had enquired about had gone. Registered my details to receive properties direct from them but yet to see receive an email. I know it’s not a buyers market at the moment but I’d seriously question about selling your house with these guys if they aren’t following up on leads.

GoogleFrosts took care of my rental property last year and I only have good things to say about them. They found a tenant quickly when other estate agents where struggling and handled all enquiries I had quickly and efficiently and if I do rent my property again I will be doing it through Frosts

GoogleDuring the sales process we were extremely impressed by the energy and efficiency of Rochelle Collins, the Sales Progressor. Solicitors are not always the quickest people on the planet, but Rochelle ensured that they were always kept on their toes, and thereby did exactly what her title suggests - by progressing the sale. She was a practical, non-nonsense help, who responded quickly and effectively to emails or phone calls, and generally gave us a sense of confidence that she had our interests as sellers at heart. Highly recommended!.

GoogleI am really pleased with the service provided by the team at Frosts estate during my stay at one of their managed properties. A special shout out to Melanie Hughes who was our property manager its all because of her and your professional approach in managing the property while at the same time being a strong advocate for the interests of both the parties involved. Also the renting team who kept me updated on a regular basis to find a new property. Although i did not move to a property managed by them as a bit of parting advice Melanie went an extra mile advising me on my rights as a tenent and what should I keep an eye out for. This shows the quality, standards and a personal approach maintained by the this team at St. Albans. Best of luck guys. May in future i get to deal with your sales team as well. 😁 Fingers crossed.

GoogleWe've dealt with Frosts for the tenancy of a new place, moving from London to St Albans, which is quite a big deal. From the moment I dealt with Rose and the moment we walked into the office, she has been a great contact. Our dealings with her in particular have been of a very high standard, professional, personable and thorough, all with with good humour to boot. She has made sure we have got every box ticked and in some certain stressful moments has come thorough when perhpas others weren't able to. She kept on top of making sure everything went through ticketdy boo. Our five starts is for Rose, who has made introduction to Frosts and St Albans. An asset to the company!

GoogleFrom start to finish Frost's delivered. We put our house on the market in February 2020. Little did we know that Corona virus would turn the UK and world upside down. We were let down by two buyers. But Neil and Stuart never lost faith that we were selling a great St Albans house which was correctly priced by them and would sell for the full asking price. Fast forward to Nov 2020, and we have completed. Frost's delivered in what must be the most challenging of years. If covid can't prevent a successful house sale for Frost's, nothing can. Well done boys !!!
