GoogleI sold my late mothers house through Frosts and have been very happy with them.My thanks in particular go to Matt, Trudy and Sean as they were the main people I dealt with during a difficult period for me personally. All the staff however have been professional, friendly , helpful and approachable and I would recommend them to anyone. They kept in regular contact with us through the process and got us over the finishing line after a difficult period for the housing market. Once again many thanks to all of you .

GoogleWithout a doubt the best State Agency in Harpenden, they are great and help you throughout the process, I have to recognise our Agent Lily, who guided us throughout the process solving each problem in a really fast and effective way! Now we are really happy in our new house thanks to Frost, totally recommended :)

Googlemy experience with this company is very disappointing, my wife and i like a property and we schedule a visit, when we arrived at the place it was not the property we had been interested in, so far so good, we think it was just a inconvenience but no. we called the agency and they told us that the property was no longer available, please do it more clearly. I don't recommend it to anyone.NegativeProfessionalism

Every time, we received very good quality of service. Recently, we have our property managed by Frosts and Kitty Hills is our property manager. Kitty is a lovely lady who answers all our queries and explains everything in detailed patiently. She is very professional and experienced, and always provides us very useful advices. He was really professional and courteous, and told me a lot of information about the property which I didn't know previously. I am still looking in Harpenden and this experience means I will check their website before other agents because I know they have great customer service skills.
