GoogleWe had a great experience securing a rental through Cherry at Frosts. She was extremely polite and professional, and was willing to accommodate to our needs and requests. There were a few problems on the other end of the contract which we were not made aware of because Cherry didn't seem to want to worry us. As soon as we asked her to be transparent and open with us about the entire process, however, she was more than willing to accommodate and kept a consistent open line of communication. GoogleWe rented a flat through Frost's for two years. Previously we had had a negative experience with another letting agent (there next door neighbour) and were very wary. Frost's showed us lots of properties and were very professional and informative. Renting though them has been easy and we have had no issues. Any maintaince problems were dealt with and fixed in good time. We dealt mainly with Chloe who was very friendly and supportive. At the end of our tenancy we got our deposit back no issues very quickly. I would 100% recommend Frost's to any renters!!!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

She chased all solicitors in the chain and offered expert advice. It is clear that she is a knowledgeable and experienced member of staff and her expert advice helped us to understand the process.
