GoogleToo pushy, forceful, inconsiderate, no empathy, only act in the seller's interest. I completed on the purchase of a house in Harpenden through Frost's today. The Frost's sales progressor pushed me to complete on a date that suited her deadline only, in order to get the seller's commission by the end of the month. Found Frost's to become impatient without taking buyer's financial commitments into account, particularly during this COVID-19 pandemic scenario. As a result, I ended up with two concurrent mortgages running at same time without time to line up a suitable tenant. Explained my concerns and dissatisfaction to the Director face-to-face in person, appreciated his explanation but only re-confirmed that Frost's work on behalf of the seller because the buyer does not pay any money directly as a customer of Frost's, therefore I felt very unimportant during this transaction.
We are sorry to hear of your experience and can assure you that although we are contractually obliged to work for our vendor, experience has shown us that this is best done with a collaborative approach working with all parties. When we are faced with differing opinions we are faced with having to try to agree a mutually agreeable solution. Our buyers are incredibly important to us so It’s disappointing to hear your feedback. We wish you all the best in your new home.

GoogleExcellent service, advice and communications from Frost's throughout the whole marketing and sale process, which led to a very good and timely outcome. Would recommend, and certainly use again. Sales Progressor Trudie Cobb did a fantastic job in steering the deal over the line in time for the June 30th deadline, very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

The service was professional from start to finish, and we were very happy to meet our deadlines for completion, which at times did not seem possible. I initially chose to put my property on the market with James who was friendly, professional and most importantly not 'pushy' (like other estate agents I'd met previously) As the sale progressed the service I received from Trudie was excellent.
