GoogleCherry, my move in progressor, has been incredibly helpful and responsive. Really appreciate her help, especially considering that I called quite often with a lot of questions and she sometimes works remotely because of the pandemic. Very good service, infinitely better than what I received in London!

GoogleFrost's have been very helpful during the process of applying to rent a flat in St Albans. They have always been responsive to my questions including lots of information about the set up in the new flat (meters, utilities, phoneline/aerial etc).

GoogleWe'd just like to give St Albans Frosts the thumbs up. From the start, the team have been great to deal with. Jack gets a special mention as our property manager, as he has worked so hard to get everything sorted for us, with many issues, including a leaking boiler, black mould and ceiling falling down! He's kept us updated the whole time and been on at our landlord, who isn't the best at coming back! Very responsive and deserves a pat on the back (and a pint when the pubs open again!!)

We were very worried about viewing flats during COVID but Frost's were very professional and very organised so we felt safe during the whole process. Also, the referencing process was seamless. GoogleJust wanted to share my thoughts about our experience with Frost's ; overall we were happy with professional and friendly service from the team who supported us through the purchasing process apart from Stuard Dutton who was pushy and put a lot of pressure on us to the limit that we've lost a joy that comes from purchasing our first property. I'm disappointed with the lack of professional, customer focused approach by Stuart. He is an awful salesman.

GooglePart Sales Progressor, part Therapist, Rochelle Collins was outstanding in her role at all times during my recent property purchase with Frost's. The transaction was by no means straight forward, and sadly my experience of buying property for the first time consisted of four months of cowboy conveyancing. Without Rochelle's unrelenting efforts to fill the gaps in professionalism, I would in all likelihood have had to pull out of the purchase, due to the impact this process was having on my personal life. Fortunately this was not the case, with Rochelle being on hand at a moments notice to support in any way she possibly could. I would highly advise anyone to use Frost's estate agents in St Albans as a result of this experience, and will always be very grateful for how Rochelle in particular went above and beyond on so many occasions, where other estate agents likely would have got fed up and stopped picking up the phone (can't say I'd blame them given how dismal the circumstances were at times). Thank you Rochelle and Frosts!!!
