I'm really pleased with how Frosts have handled the sale of my property, especially the due diligence at the offer stage, which was very thorough. Based on that, the sale proceeded well. Of course, there were the usual delays at the enquiries stage (when is a property transaction ever stress-free?!) but Frosts were effective 'chasers' and always kept me informed, acting as liaison between all the parties. I've had the great misfortune of both renting and buying through this lot recently, and the best advice I can offer is to avoid at all costs. When renting, do not expect any deposit back even if you have the place professionally cleaned..and do not expect any maintenance to be carried out, despite regular requests throughout the tenancy and regardless of how good a tenant you are. You can also expect unclear, rude demands for monies post tenancy. As for buying - I literally don't know what they do for their money, aside from sticking a for sale board up and opening the front door to potential buyers. Zero knowledge of the property, and a couldn't care less attitude throughout. I also made the big mistake of paying £400 for their mortgage 'service', only to end up finding a much better deal by myself! I can catagorically say I will never entertain the idea of using them again. Beware.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
