I dealt with Oliver (Olly) Banks when looking for a rental property in St Albans and he was by far the best agent that I had the pleasure of dealing with. He was professional, courteous and helped me with my search. When I found a property that I liked and I made an offer, I felt that he was genuinely working hard for both myself as the proposed tenant, but also, for his clients, the landlords. Having owned and run agencies myself in the past, I would of had a far more successful agency if all of my team where like Olly. A real credit to Frost's Estate Agents in St Albans and they are lucky to have him as part of their already excellent team.

From viewing till drawing of contract they were professional, transparent process , pleasant and good customer service. Rose was a gem. We recently sold our house through Frosts. It was a hell of a journey over 11 months and 3 buyers. I think we dealt with just about every member of staff in the office to the point that we knew each other immediately just by voice, so thank you to Matt, Sean, John, Jess and Wendy (sorry if I've forgotten anyone!). But ultimately it was Tom who got us over the line - he was incredibly reliable, hardworking, persistent and a pleasure to work with.
