GoogleWe used Frosts to find a property for us this month and was introduced to Oliver Banks. Both Frosts and Oliver Banks could not be more helpful. The communication was excellent and he was able to find us exactly what we was looking for, in terms of the location, size of property and the dates to accommodate our family. Oliver & Frosts always makes themselves available, responding to any questions we may have.

GoogleVery prompt and smooth approach, from visiting the property, to moving in was literally days! All communication is fast and they've always taken care of our needs. Sheetal is our point of contact and is very helpful and prompt. We didn't know St Albans at all so it was a great start to our new life here!

GoogleI frankly tell you guys, not many letting agent in St Albans is helpful, friendly and professional (real personal experience), however, Frost’s is different, because they have Mr Oliver Banks. From the first day we pop to their branch, to every email afterward, Oliver shown how his friendly help and professional service by introducing different property, arranging view, replying email prompt and accurate. People always feel having a hidden wall between agent and customer, but Oliver can break this wall. He knows what you want, and provide what you need. I felt got helped by a friend more than serving by an agent. Highly recommended! Keep up the good work! All the best Olly.

I registered with numerous agents and I have to say that Frost's were head and shoulders above all the rest in their pro-activity, professionalism and customer service. A particular mention for Rose Johnson who understood what I wanted, gave me confidence that Frosts would find me somewhere suitable, and did exactly as promised.

Over the years I have always found them to be very professional, strong in communication and tenancy management, and quick to respond to questions. More recently I have had the pleasure of working with Sheetal Shah who has been really excellent in her advice and professionalism. GoogleThis was our very first lettings experience with Frost's estate agents St Albans. Oliver Banks who was in touch with us throughout the process was very helpful and made sure all our queries were resolved promptly. Olly was very polite, extremely professional and a friendly person. He explained the whole process really well and we had a smooth experience from start to the finish. He agreed to let us do a second viewing of the property too! I would also like to specially mention Clinton who showed us around the property (twice) and was more than happy to answer all our questions. And definitely not the least, Rose, who helped us find properties by sending regular emails and was helpful over the phone for the lettings process. In fact everyone at Frost's are doing a great job! Sheetal from Property management services was extremely helpful and prompt in her service. We had an issue with the boiler and it was fixed on the same day which was brilliant considering how freezing it was outside and the radiators were not heating up in the house!! I would definitely recommend Frost's estate agents St Albans and hope to work with you in the future!

GoogleHave recently moved to St. Albans and found a flat to rent through Frosts - from viewing the flat to moving in, they have been really helpful and responsive making our big move easy. Darcie, in particular, has been great as our main point of contact - explaining everything clearly and not overburdening us with information (like some Estate Agents in the past have!) She has been super friendly and approachable and I have been impressed. I would definitely use Frosts again!
