GoogleWe used frosts to find the flat we currently rent and were very happy with the process finding the flat, through to completion of paperwork and picking up the keys, all sorted for us by Darcie. GoogleI have recently secured a lovely little rental property through Frosts and the service could not have been better. I went into the office and spoke to Darcie when I was first looking and she was friendly and welcoming. She helped to arrange a viewing on a property I really liked and dealt with the application process once I had submitted my offer. I was fortunate enough to have my offer accepted and Darcie sent over a lovely email to let me. The process thereafter has been smooth and efficient and all the team have been incredibly helpful. I now can't wait to get my keys!

Everything they tell you about estate agents - it's not true!A year ago I was approached by a lovely chap called Chris who asked me if he could sell my property, a 4 bed 2 bathroom house in Windsor.I had had it on previously with 2 other estate agents and was perplexed as to why it didn't sell. But put it down to timing and market in general. When Chris came to see me, he wasn't armed with sales paperwork rushing to sign me up telling me stuff that i probably wanted to hear like the 3 agents had, nstead he presented a book of analytical data about my house and properties in the area - real comparative information which was hugely interesting both for me as a seller and the buyers too.He had done alot of diligent work something the other agents had missed and his team Nicola/ Denise were equally were as thorough keeping me up to date on everything as we went through the sale. Not only did Chris find me a buyer he found 5 each making an offer on first viewing! 🎊 I accepted the first full price offer - cash buyer and no chain 👏🏾 Was it one of the easiest sale of properties I've made? YesWould I recommend them YES!Will I use them again 💯The stuff Chris knows is like kryptonite 🦸♂️ If you're looking to sell, put your place in the hands of Chris and his fab team at the Windsor branch -hopefully you'll be as impressed as I was! 😊

James identified the market opportunities exceptionally well and Elsaida found the right Buyer who was committed to speed despite the challenging market conditions. Once a deal was agreed Trudie managed the sales process very efficiently with regular feedback such that the transaction closed within the lower end of my time expectations.
