GoogleI would like to express my deepest gratitude to Mr. Oliver Banks. We came to St Albans from abroad to find and rent an apartment in only a few days in total. He went out of his way to help us find a beautiful place and close a deal with the owners on time. He was helpful every step of the way and I believe that if it wasn't for him we would not have rented.

GoogleVery prompt and smooth approach, from visiting the property, to moving in was literally days! All communication is fast and they've always taken care of our needs. Sheetal is our point of contact and is very helpful and prompt. We didn't know St Albans at all so it was a great start to our new life here!

GoogleOlly to the rescue! For anyone looking for their next place is a stressful time. Having been at a viewing on a Monday evening after work through another estate agent in slight despair my wife and I entered Frosts nearing closing time but this was no issue for Olly who took his time to register us listening to our wants and needs. Olly then booked us in for 2 properties to see which matched our requirements. Olly showed us around and ensured every question was answered a smooth process thereafter and we move in on the 8th of December Thank you Olly for a great job!
