GoogleVery happy with the service we received from Rose Johnson from the Lettings team. We didn't show up for our original viewing, as there was some confusion (on our end) over the timing. Rose was very understanding and rescheduled the viewing without fuss. The communication during the vetting process with Rose was fantastic.

GoogleFrosts were great throughout the sale process, but a special mention has to be made for the Head of Sales Progression, Rochelle. Rochelle managed a very difficult chain with complete control, provided clear communication and supported us the entire way through - Her service alone was worth the fee!

We are making a FORMAL COMPLAINT through their complaints procedure, The Ombudsmen and taking legal action for A VERY POOR SERVICE & Liable. GoogleThe process of viewing and renting through Frost's was efficient and, on the whole, well organised. Darcie was prompt in booking viewings and advising on the landlords' requirements. Once the offer was made, Darcie immediately contacted the landlord, resulting in the offer being accepted quicker than anticipated. Darcie also ensured the relevant right-to-rent checks were completed in good time.

I received a smooth and professional, personalised customer care from her, she understood my circumstances as a Consultant Anaesthetist who is often busy with his hospital work. She was responsive and acted promply on my requests. I am totally satisfied with my decision of staying with Frost as I have been renting from them in the past two years and I hope that I can buy a property from them which is the next plan in my life.
