So the facts: * inconsistent advice about price * very poor brochure. Pictures missing, and those published sellers photographs when they had been explicitly asked not to do this * inaccurate floor plan, a whole room was missed off the plan! * no feedback on enquiries, visits or their marketing strategy or activities. Extremely poor professional conduct. I could not recommend this company

GoogleI recently sold my house with Frosts and would recommend them. Estate Agents have a bad reputation, but Frosts at Marshalswick prove there are very good ones. From the initial meeting with John, who explained the whole process, through to the staff accompanying prospective buyers and finally to after sales Trudie, who was exceptional in keeping me informed, they were all good.
