GoogleDaryl was a friendly and approachable chap. He gave me helpful bits of advice for selling our property more so than other estate agents we had come into contact with. He knows the area well and seems very enthusiastic. Would recommend to our friends and family.

Googleit is so disappointing. we gave an offer that the agency said the vendor would have accepted. Then apparently the vendor wanted more because of some kind of expenses he had to pay. We gave a higher offer at condition to see a proof of these expenses. I have never hear anything from them anymore, It was a clear attempt to raise the offer. Even if someone could point the vendor, the agency was not any better. Before the offer they were calling and emailing, asking for documents, mortgage advisor, solicitors etc... Then nothing. I had to chase them all the time. And everytime I was calling I was talking with someone different with contrasting information. We gave up. They have been serious with me and they are not even good or smart sellers.

GoogleWe sold our house within a week via Freeman & Foreman, to a good buyer, and moved within 3 months. The service given by John C and his team was professional, friendly and reliable. They communicated openly and promptly with us thorough out the process, balancing the buyers and our needs well. This experience with John's team has dispelling the often muted comments made about Estate Agents! Thank you.

GoogleMy husband and I bought our first house through Freeman Forman and we were exceptionally happy with their service and the regular contact and updates given to us by John C. Having never bought a house before and John and his team guided us through every step of the way, meaning it all went smoothly and we had viewed (twice!) the house, put an offer in, exchanged and completed in three months! Very happy customers and we would definitely recommend them!

GoogleRip off's got mugged off as soon as I rented a place First on the list 1 6 months rent in advance 2 a cubbord fell away from the wall damaged my new fridge freezer 3 trying to blame us for mould on the walls when even previouse tennants had the issue and it was just painted over 4 windows letting cold air in 5 admin fees example renewing contract £££ Advice is print one off at home save a few quid 6 deposits £££ few hundred quid 7 place I'm in has mould issues in the hall way 8 poor ventalation systems 9 poor damp proofing I would carry on going but there is too much to list

GoogleBooked in two viewings, had stream of emails confirming them. Called on way to let them know we would be 5 minutes late. Turns out they had booked it on for a week later. No reason why, complaints on phone not dealt with. Told would come back to us after finding out what happened, heard nothing about this. Managed to book in an emergency viewing later in the day, they still turned up 15 minutes late. We were told by the seller that this had also happened before. If you are selling with them good luck. If you are booking viewings with them make sure you pin them down on dates. Overall a nightmare to deal with.

GoogleHad excellent service from Freeman Forman (Tonbridge) earlier this year. They were not even my Estate Agent, but acting for the seller of the property I was buying. It became quite a complicated transaction due to my buyer / her solicitor delaying matters, but John and the team managed to hold the chain together and got us all over the line eventually. Would really recommend them!

GoogleExcellent Customer Service from beginning to end...went with FF on recommendation and would have no hesitation in recommending them. Have used other Estate Agents in the past and not a patch on FF - they seem to go over and above and pulled out all the stops to get my property on the market as I had already made an offer on my now flat and even when my original sale fell through they contacted me straight away and we were quickly back on track. And unlike other Estate Agents do not have the usual Sales talk...just get on and do the job and are upfront and honest...very easy to talk to and friendly...treat you how you would want...and don't stick themselves on a pedestal or give you a lot of flannel like I've experienced before. Can't fault them.

GoogleFF were excellent throughout the process of selling my property. They stayed in contact with me throughout, and kept me fully informed of any developments or updates. They arranged several open days which created a large interest of my house, and I was genuinely surprised how many viewings they obtained. I couldn't fault them in any way. Whoever you spoke to at the office when you rang, they went out of their way to take on the query and answer if they could. If not, a promised phone call with an answer was made back without delay. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
