GoogleRob of Frank Harris' Barbican was incredibly helpful throughout our rental process, from finding properties for us to view, into the offer process, and through referencing and signing. Rob always replied to any queries we had incredibly quickly, and I think an important point to note is that Rob was always very friendly, and never pushy, he made sure to only contact us when he had properties that fit the space requirements we had, which we really appreciated.

GoogleI have rented our flat with Frank & Harris for 5 years and they also managed our property too. Without any exaggerating, they are one of the best agencies if not the best i have ever had to deal with. They were always available for me for any enquiries our issues I had. From being flexible for flat visits to any in house/appliances problems I had. They were also always very prompt to their replies and never left me in any questions or doubts. I could not recommend them enough!

GoogleExcellent experience with Frank Harris for over six years. Had the pleasure of working with Jay Smith for my renewal this year who was attentive, helpful and exceptionally friendly. As mentioned in another review Jay has recently taken up the property management reins from Rob Joyce which is indeed very tough shoes to fill! However, my experiences with Jay have been nothing but exceptionally positive and as mentioned before his communication and attentiveness is top-notch and very much appreciated, looking forward to more positive and helpful experiences with Jay!

GoogleWe've been renting a place through Frank Harris for a year now. We've been well taken care of by Rob before, but recently, Jay took his place and keeps doing an amazing job. He's been very responsive, easy to communicate with and has taken care of our contract renewal in record time. GoogleThanks to Charlotte @ Frank Harris who has been absolutely superb in helping me find a flat and going through all the procedures involved. Working with her has been great and I would definitely recommend Frank Harris to people looking for flats in this area. I would specifically like to point out the following: 1. Responsive --- From scheduling the viewing, to answering all my questions, sending out paperwork, Charlotte has been extremely responsive. I did not have to chase up after sending out queries. 2. Knowledge about the property --- She knew the property quite well and went above and beyond in explaining the facilities available to residents at the Barbican estate, not just the flat. 3. Paperwork --- The entire process was very transparent and there were no surprises in the contract. Charlotte effectively communicated between the landlord and me and made sure all our concerns were addressed. 4. Checking in --- It was very helpful to have someone from Frank Harris during check-in. They carried out a detailed inventory of the flat, meticulously taking photos and notes. No part of the process was rushed! I hope to work with them in the future as well and wish them all the best. GoogleSamantha has been spectacular in helping with dealing with the flat I rented. Everything from keeping schedule and helping with negotiations through to being available to follow up on answering questions on legal parameters for lettings. You wont go wrong asking for her when you are looking for a flat and would even go as far as saying that you should just go talk to her and see what flats she has on offer before you go deal with other companies.
